Starting with triple digit growth in Sales the first year was spent accommodating the increased demand, training staff and planning an expansion. After the first peak season we increased capacity by 200 % with more Brewhouse vessels for a higher frequency, more FV’s and additional BBT’s.
Maintenance on the bottling line led to around 10% more speed and with additional staff the it it now possible to operate with a local team. The last part of the time at White Rhino focused on cost reduction and efficiency improvement for the existing products. Furthermore the finalization of the handover to an all-Indian team.
India was and will be an amazing life altering experience and I truly hope that there will be more opportunities in the Sub-Continent for me to linger, stay a bit longer and keep coming back.

Being able to experience all sorts of challenges that arise during construction, commissioning and production was an amazing experience. Added to that is south Africa is a breathtakingly beautiful place.
